This pluggable warmer has a soft glow of the bulb, creating the ambiance and fragrance of a lit candle, without flame, soot or other pollutants.
Simply pop a melt into the top of your warmer and enjoy. For best results, do not dilute with water or essential oils. Do not overload your warmer as overflow may occur.
Once you can no longer smell the fragrance, simply discard the wax in the bin, clean with a wipe or warm soapy water and add another melt. For an easy clean, take your warmer or dish and place it in the freezer for 10 minutes. This will shrink the wax and it should pop out easily. Only put it in the freezer once the wax has hardened.
CANDLE CARE
FIRST BURN
It may take a couple of goes lighting your wood wick candle. Ensure the whole wick is alight before moving the lighter, this may take up to 10 seconds.
After first lighting your candle, always allow the wax to burn to the edge of the jar. This will assist in preventing tunneling, creates an even burn and imprints the candle's memory. We recommend approximately 3-4 hours for the first burn.
BURNING YOUR CANDLE
Each time you burn your candle, ensure the wick has been trimmed to approximately 5mm to prevent your candle from smoking. This will also help your candle stay alight, burn evenly and longer. Trim by pinching the charcoal off with a tissue or with your candle trimmer. It is important to do this before each burn as the charcoal can cause the candle to go out.
It is best not to blow out your candle after use as this will create soot and smoke; use a candle snuffler to extinguish the flame. Always allow your candle to cool before relighting to ensure the candle burns evenly.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Never leave your candle unattended.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep candles out of direct sunlight and away from hot temperatures.
Keep a burning candle out of reach from children and pets, and away from clothing, books, curtains or anything flammable.
Do not burn the candle if the jar is cracked, chipped, scratched or damaged in any way.
All of our candles come with a safety sticker located on the bottom of the jar.

REED DIFFUSER CARE
Reed Diffusers are the perfect way to freshen up a living area without the need for flame from a candle or electricity from an electric warmer. The natural fibre reeds continuously release a clean, pure fragrance throughout your living space. Place the reed diffuser in a high traffic area to let the fragrance travel through your living space quicker.
DIRECTIONS OF USE
Remove the cap and stopper, place reed sticks in the oil and allow for them to soak the fragrance for one hour.
After 1 hour, flip the reeds to saturate the other end of the reeds.
Flip the reeds once a week or every time you notice the scent dissipating.
Expect a light fragrance after 24 hours.

If spilt, clean the area immediately as the liquid can damage surfaces.
