SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $99 in Australia.
We charge a flat rate of $14.95 for all express shipping orders in Australia.

We currently only ship Australia wide.

DELIVERY

Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be made and dispatched. Your purchase is made to order, this time allows for us to customise each order to suit our customers needs.

We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within the following time frames:

Standard Shipping	2-7 business days
Express Shipping	1-3 business days

 You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the courier. 

Please note that we do not exchange items that are personalised. Refunds are not accepted. 

Manufacturing Fault
Briffa Scents will exchange any items with a manufacturing fault. We pride ourselves on quality control across our stock. If you feel your item/s are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery and we will investigate further. If possible, items are to be returned in its original packaging and condition. Items must be unused. Returning items will be upon your cost.

Delivery Fault
Briffa Scents are not responsible for any parcels that cannot be delivered correctly. This includes incorrect, non-deliverable or incomplete addresses. We have the right to charge any additional re-shipment fees for packages that are sent back to us. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Briffa Scents within 7 days of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations can be considered but are not guaranteed. Please get in contact with us with your order number as soon as possible within 24 hours. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer make a cancellation.
